Cancellation Policy
If you don’t love The Business Box then you can cancel your subscription and discontinue your monthly payments at any time.
In order to cancel before you are renewed for the next shipment, you need to cancel or contact us prior to the your renewal date (the same date that you made your payment on the previous month)
To cancel login to your account and click the account settings and then cancel.
If your subscription has has already renewed and your payment has been taken but you’d like to cancel before your box is posted, you must request cancellation by the 10th of the month to be eligible for a refund.
IF YOU DO NOT CANCEL BEFORE TO THE TENTH DAY OF A CALENDAR MONTH, YOU CANNOT BE REFUNDED FOR THAT MONTH’S SHIPMENT. WE DO NOT OFFER REFUNDS ON BOXES THAT HAVE ALREADY BEEN SHIPPED.
We are unable to offer refunds on boxes which have already been dispatched/ received. The Business Box is a surprise box and therefore this is the risk you agree to when you sign up for your subscription.
If you don’t like the box contents, then you are more than welcome to gift the items to a friend or client. If you have already read the book within The Business Box then do feel free to ask other subscribers in the Facebook group if they’d like to swap the book with you for another that they have read.
